About Preethi
Meet Preethi — the clinical nutritionist behind your plan
I’m Preethi Gurajala, a Senior Clinical Nutritionist & Dietitian based in Hyderabad with over 6 years of hospital and clinical experience.
I currently lead nutrition services for gynaecology, obstetrics, fertility and paediatrics at Pranaam Hospital — and I’ve built my career in busy clinical settings, from ICU nutrition to designing over 150 personalised diet plans a month.
My focus is women’s health: PCOS, fertility, pregnancy, gestational diabetes and postpartum nutrition — alongside diabetes, thyroid, gut health and weight management. I work with clients across India and internationally through online consultations.
If you’ve ever been handed a generic diet chart that ignored your hormones, your lab reports, or the food you actually eat — this practice was built for you.
My purpose
Why I do this work
Personalise this section in Preethi’s own voice before publishing.
Working across hospital gynaecology, obstetrics and fertility departments, I saw the same pattern again and again: women handed restrictive diet charts that didn’t fit their bodies, their labs, or their lives — and who blamed themselves when those plans inevitably failed.
Good nutrition isn’t about willpower or giving up every food you love. It’s about understanding what your body actually needs and building something you can sustain. That’s the approach I bring to every single plan.

The approach
How I work
Nutrition support built around your health, culture, routine and real life.
Food-first, not supplement-first
Real, everyday Indian food does most of the work.
Sustainable over restrictive
No crash diets and no cutting out food groups you love.
Culturally rooted
Your plan works with dosa, biryani, roti and curd — not against them.
Clinically grounded
Hospital experience means your plan accounts for your labs and conditions.
Ongoing, not one-and-done
Weekly check-ins and adjustments as your body and schedule change.
